Ken Dious, Esq. Founding Attorney 
 
Founding Attorney Kenneth Dious is a native of Athens, Georgia and attended Athens-Clarke County public schools.  Ken graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration and thereafter received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1973 from the University of Georgia. Attorney Dious established his private practice in 1974, becoming the first African-American private law practice in Athens and North East Georgia. 
 
Attorney Dious is an experienced criminal and trial attorney also specializing in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and negligent injury cases.

Of counsel, Douglas Lee Price, Esq.                                          

Attorney Doug Price is of counsel with Dious and Associates. Mr. Price received his B.A. from the University of South Alabama in 1982 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School 1990. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1991. Mr. Price is an experienced small business attorney and commercial, residential and real estate closing attorney. He has successfully represented lenders, developers, investors, and homeowners in all aspects of land transactions. Mr. Price is an agent with Chicago Title, a member of the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit Bar Association, Member of the Milledgeville Bar Association, and Member of the American Land Title Association. Mr. Price is also experienced in wills, trusts, estates and Probate Court.

 

Attorney Price has an established 20 year law practice serving throughout all of east central Georgia, and now incorporates the following the areas with Dious & Associates; Greene, Morgan, Putnam, Baldwin, Jasper, Hancock, Warren, Hancock, and Washington counties.
